Return Shipping Costs

Aveline does not refund original shipping fees and does not cover any expenses related to the return process, including return postage or customs/VAT fees if the item is returned to our international supplier (typically in China).

You must report your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns submitted after this period will not be approved.

How to Return an Item

     with the subject: “Return”

  2. Describe the issue, attach photos if relevant, and include your order number

  3. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions regarding the return address and process

  4. Package the item securely – be sure to include the completed return form (see below)

Return Form Is Required

We are unable to process any return without a completed return form.
Please make sure to include it in your return package so we can handle your request correctly and efficiently.
