Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Right of Withdrawal: The right for you as a consumer to cancel your purchase within 30 days.

  • Consumer: A natural person acting for private purposes, not business.

  • Entrepreneur / We / Us: Aveline – the company offering goods online.

  • Agreement: A remote purchase agreement between the consumer and Aveline.

  • Durable Medium: A medium that allows you to store information, e.g. email.

  • Distance Communication: Communication via internet, phone, etc.

  • Cooling-off Period: The 30-day period during which the right of withdrawal may be exercised.

Article 2 – Scope of Application

These terms apply to all offers, purchases, and agreements made via www.avelinee.com.
Before completing a purchase, these terms will be available to read and save electronically.

Article 3 – Offers & Information

  • All prices are shown in local currency and exclude customs duties and import VAT.

  • Products are shipped directly from our supplier outside the EU (typically China).

  • Product images are for guidance only and may differ from actual items.

  • We reserve the right for typos and pricing errors.

Article 4 – Agreement & Order Confirmation

  • The agreement becomes valid once you place an order and receive confirmation via email.

  • We implement reasonable security measures for electronic payments.

  • We reserve the right to reject an order if fraud is suspected.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • You must notify us in writing via avelinecoo@gmail.com

  • Return shipping is at your own expense — including to our supplier in China, if required.

  • Once we’ve received the item (or a valid tracking proof), we will refund your payment within 30 days.

Article 6 – Shipping & Customs (EU Customers)

  • Items are shipped from countries outside the EU.

  • Upon delivery, customs agents (e.g. local post or courier) may charge VAT and possible duties.

  • These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not cover customs clearance or delays.

  • Shipping is included in the product price — no separate shipping fee is charged at checkout.

Article 7 – Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any duties or postage to our international supplier.

  • If the return is not made within the 30-day deadline, the purchase is considered final.

Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

You cannot withdraw from the purchase if:

  • The product was made specifically for you.

  • The product is not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

  • You have broken the seal on audio/video/software products.

  • The service has already begun with your consent before the cancellation period expired.

Article 9 – Prices & Payment

  • Prices may be adjusted due to exchange rates, VAT, or customs duty changes.

  • You must pay using one of the available payment options at checkout.

  • In the event of pricing or product information errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Article 10 – Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 7–20 business days.

  • If delivery is delayed more than 30 days, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

  • If the product cannot be delivered, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Article 11 – Complaints & Warranty

  • Faults or defects must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The warranty does not cover misuse or modifications made by the customer.

Article 12 – Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

  • It can be cancelled at any time with 1-month notice.

  • There is no binding period unless otherwise stated.

Article 13 – Complaints

  • We aim to respond within 30 days.

  • If the complaint cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a consumer complaints board (based on your country of residence).

Article 14 – Governing Law

  • All agreements are governed by the laws of the country in which Aveline is registered (Denmark or otherwise stated).

  • Any legal disputes will be settled in a local court within that jurisdiction.
